Christmas Tree Lighting
On December 4, 2024, the Christmas Tree Lighting will take place in the historic center of Valencia at 7:30 p.m. This customary celebration is also a moment for reflection and remembrance.
The Falleras mayors and the Iturbi Municipal Conservatory choir will attend the event, which will be inaugurated in the Crystal Hall of the City Hall. The Nativity scene will transform the streets of Valencia into a space of light and solidarity.

Valencia Advent Market in Plaza de la Reina
This is where the 23rd edition of the Christmas Crafts Fair will be held. From 29 November 2024 to 6 January 2025, you can admire the art of local artisans and buy handmade gifts on-site that will be great for your loved ones. While browsing the stalls, you can enjoy a varied gastronomy full of traditional flavours that are a must at Christmas in Spain.
Central Christmas Market
The Central Christmas Market will take place from
- December 10, 2024, to January 4, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
- special sales hours – December 24, 2024, from 9:00 to December 25, 2024,
- and January 5, 2025, from 09:00 to January 6, 2025, to 5:00 pm.
You will also find craft stalls and activities for children and adults, including workshops. There will also be a solidarity corner where you can donate to the victims of the DANA floods.
Christmas Fun Fair at Ingeniero Manuel Soto and the traditional Kings Market
What would Christmas be without fun attractions?
From 6. 12. 2024 to 19. 1. 2025, children and adults can have lots of fun and experience adrenaline between the streets of Avenida de Francia and Ingeniero Manuel Soto.
You will find a Ferris wheel, an ice rink, a haunted house, carousels and lots of other entertainment.
The traditional Kings Market of Cabanyal will be the last of the markets from January 3 to 6, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
