Salami Spread

- 2 cups soft salami, grated
- 2 onions
- 3 pickles
- 3 tablespoons full-fat mustard
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- First, prepare the base for the spread.
- Boil the vinegar, oil, ketchup, mustard, and sugar in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally.
- Set aside and let cool completely.
- In the meantime, finely grate the soft salami on a grater.
- Then, finely chop the onion and pickles.
- Mix the salami, cucumbers, and onions in a bowl and pour over the cooled base.
- Mix and, if necessary, lightly salt and pepper, or add a small amount of mayonnaise.
- Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup soft salami, grated
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 onion
- 2 pickles
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon full-fat mustard
- 1 tablespoon of sweet ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Spicy brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon of hot ketchup
- salt, black pepper, and chili to taste
Method:
- First, boil the oil, vinegar, mustard, ketchup, and sugar in a pot on the stove until smooth.
- Leave to cool.
- Using a fine grater, grate soft salami, pickles, and onions.

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, or sour cream, or white yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of full-fat mustard
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- The first step is to prepare the base.
- Just boil and lightly cook the vinegar, oil, ketchup, mustard, and sugar.
- When the base cools, grate the soft salami, hard-boiled eggs, pickles, and onions.
- Another option is to finely chop these ingredients.
- Add the cooled base and mayonnaise to the salami, eggs, onions, and cucumber mixture.
- Mix thoroughly, taste, and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
- Place in the refrigerator to rest for an hour.
