What to write in the letter?

Have you chosen a template but don’t know how to word your letter? A letter to Santa doesn’t have to be a long sentence.

The easiest way is to write (or draw) specific gifts directly. But if you want to elaborate, be inspired by one of the following texts:

Note: The texts are written in the masculine gender. Don’t forget to change to the feminine gender if the letter is written by a girl.

Dear Santa,

I have been trying to be nice all year long. I helped my parents, studied hard at school, and volunteered to do homework most of the time. I admit that I sometimes got angry and didn't want to get up for school, and I also told my parents when I wasn't enjoying something. However, I still tried my best to be friendly and deserve a lovely gift.

I would be happy with any present, but I also have a list of things that I would like to ask you for. Thank you so much, and Merry Christmas!

 "Dear Santa, I have been good and obedient for most of the year. I studied hard at school and helped out at home. As Christmas is approaching, I would like to ask you for one of the many gifts that I have been wishing for. Here are some of the things that I would like to receive as a gift.

 Dear Jesus,
 year has passed and Christmas is here again.
 I'm really looking forward to them. Especially for sweets, which I really like.
 And also for gifts that I think I deserve.
 I was very good and I will be for the whole next year.

 Hey there Santa! 

I hope you're doing well and busy making your list and checking it twice. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate all the hard work you do each year to make Christmas so special. 

I've been on my best behavior this year, and I'm so proud of myself! I helped decorate the Christmas tree and didn't eat all the candy (even though it was tempting!). And, would you believe it, my dad even praised me! 

Since Christmas is just around the corner, I was wondering if you could help me out with a present to put under our beautifully decorated tree. If you're not sure what to get me, no worries! I've attached my wish list to this letter.

Where to send the letter?

Wanna send a letter to Santa?

You’ve got two options.

First, you can roll up the letter, tie it with a ribbon, and put it on the windowsill behind the window. Santa will pick it up in the morning.

Or, you can send it to Santa’s post office by post. It’s pretty popular; they receive up to 100,000 letters every year!

Answer from Santa

The children will surely be delighted when Santa answers them in a few days. A well-chosen message from Santa can help parents avoid possible disappointment under the tree if the child wishes for an unrealistic or, for example, very expensive gift.
