- 1 cleaned carp without head

- potatoes (boiled in their skins)
Method
- Mash the garlic, add the soft butter, and spread it along with the chopped herbs and a pinch of salt.
- Form the butter into a roll, cool it, and cut it into slices.
- Clean the carp, wash it, cut it into rounds, and dry it with a paper towel.
- Sprinkle the carp with fish seasoning and coat in flour.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the butter. Fry the carp on both sides over low heat until golden. After frying, place it on a paper towel to remove excess fat. Then, fry the sliced potatoes in the same fat until golden.

Method
