- 1 1/2 cup bacon (cut into small cubes)

Method
- Finely blend the celeriac in a food processor.
- Fry the bacon until crispy, about 15 minutes.
- Place cream cheese, bacon, cheddar, dried onion, and scallions in a medium bowl.

- a spoonful of buttermilk
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1/2 small apple

Method
