- 400 g plain flour

Nut filling
- 300 g ground walnuts
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 100 ml of rum
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
- currant jam
Chocolate cream
- 300 g of butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
Chocolate topping
- 200 g of cooking chocolate
- 100 g of butter
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the cupcakes – sifted flour, sugar, melted butter, eggs, ground nuts, cocoa powder, lemon zest and juice, and ground cinnamon.
- Work thoroughly into the dough and then fill the cupcake tins with it.
- Place in the oven and bake until golden brown for approximately 10-15 minutes.
- Leave the baked cupcakes to cool completely.
- Meanwhile, mix ground nuts with sugar, rum and vanilla for the nut filling.

Glaze
- 100 g of cooking chocolate
- 50 g of butter
Method:
- Mix the flour, sugar, melted butter, ground nuts, cocoa, lemon zest and juice and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
- Knead into a smooth dough, which you then press piece by piece into the cupcake moulds.
- Place the molds in an oven preheated to 175 °C and bake for approximately 10-15 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the filling from nuts, sugar and rum.
- Using a spoon, put a small amount of marmalade and then the nut filling into the baked and cooled cupcakes.

- Meanwhile, prepare the walnut filling.
- Mix ground nuts, sugar, warm milk and rum in a bowl.
