How to make Rafaelo balls?
There are many recipes for Rafaelo balls. The primary ingredient is grated coconut and other ingredients, such as condensed milk or crushed vanilla wafers.
To work well with the resulting mass, it must be cooled thoroughly in the refrigerator before forming the balls. If you don’t want or can’t wait, it’s worth sprinkling your hands with grated coconut or coconut flour so that the mixture doesn’t stick to them so much.
In addition to almonds, you can also put a hazelnut in the center of the balls. The primary substance can be enriched with other ingredients, such as nuts, dried fruit, or seeds. Such balls will suddenly become healthy Christmas cookies.
How long do coconut balls last?
The advantage of recipes for Rafaelo balls is that, similar to most unbaked sweets; they can be prepared at the last moment because they do not have to sit. If you store the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator, they will last a week to ten days without any problems. Storing them in the freezer is more suitable if you want to enjoy them longer.
